Mariana Carbajal – Junior Paralegal

Mariana joined Curley Law Firm in 2025, where she supports the firm’s clients in the areas of Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Administration and Elder Law.

In 2020, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.  Mariana then worked for several years as a Victim Witness Advocate at the Northwestern District Attorney’s Office as well as the Norfolk District Attorney’s Office.  She developed a skillset for the type of advocacy that directly helps families.

Her passion for using her expertise to improve the lives of others led Mariana to pursue and earn her Paralegal Certificate from Middlesex Community College.  During both her coursework and hands-on legal internship experience, Mariana focused on Estate Planning, which further deepened her interest in helping families plan for the future.

Mariana is driven by a genuine desire to help people navigate important life decisions with care and understanding. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her beloved horse, gardening in the summer, and cooking with her family.
