Biography

Attorney Mark M. Curley is a pioneer in the field of Elder Law and Estate Planning.  He began practicing law in 1977 and retired 44 years later in 2021.  

He earned his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in 1976.  A graduate of Villanova University (BA) and Syracuse University (MBA), he was a longtime member of the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) and the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (MassNAELA).  In addition, Mr. Curley proudly served as a U. S. Naval Officer for three years. 

Mark and his wife Jackie raised and educated their three children in Wakefield, where all three graduated from Wakefield Memorial High School.  He was an active participant in Wakefield governance and community service. 

As an ongoing member of Rotary Club, Mark actively volunteers for the interests of Wakefield and its citizens.  In his spare time, Mark loves spending time with his grandchildren.  He is very active outdoors and enjoys swimming, kayaking, and skiing.
