When Remaining in One's Home is No Longer a Viable Option for Seniors -- A Panel Discussion
The decision to move out of one's home to a senior living community has always been a difficult one for the elderly and their families. The current state of the economy has made this decision even harder. More and more, the elderly are remaining in their homes, even when they are at increasing risk of injury due to limited mobility, potential falls, and/or short-term memory loss. On August 31st, Brooksby Village will host a panel of Elder Care Specialists to provide information that will help seniors and their adult children address the complex issues confronting seniors interested in moving in this difficult market. The panel consists of five professionals who specialize in distinct but complimentary areas that impact seniors' decisions about moving from their current homes.
